Ghostscript

In order to generate PDF for reports with more than fifty pages, you need to install Ghostscript on your computer. For licensing reason, IQramp does not distribute with Ghostscript, but you can download and install it in your computer for free.

Linux operation systems (32 and 64 bits) come with Ghostscript pre-installed so you don’t have to install it on Linux. However, on Mac OSX and Windows operating systems, you will need to install it.

Make sure you install Ghostscript 32-bit version if you run Windows 32-bit and Ghostscript 64-bit version if you run Windows 64-bit.

Important: After installing Ghostscript, make sure you can run it from Windows Command Prompt. If you have a problem running Ghostscript, add the Ghostscript directory to your system path. Refer to the “Add Ghostscript to System Path” procedure below.

Add Ghostscript to Path

1. Find where the program is installed on your C drive.

2. In Control Panel, add the directory to your system path.

3. Confirm that the directory is correctly added to the system path.
